About us

We are a three-generation company that began in 1945, at which time it was dedicated exclusively to the purchase and sale of veneer.

In the 60's due to the growth of the business in the sixties, the installations were extended and relocated in San Antonio de Benageber, (Valencia), where they remain today. Nowadays, the company is longer solely dedicated to the sale and purchase of veneer, as it is also involved in their manufacture. Both the slicing and rotary cutting systems are used and the most advanced technologies are employed in the process.

Vicente Gris, S.A. broadened its horizons to outside Spain and a considerable amount of its production is now exported, above all to Europe, the United States and South America.

Its main supplers are located in Africa, specially Gabón, where the best quality Okoume logs are, and Center African Republic for tropical woods and in the other side Europe for the leafy trees.

All of this has been possible thanks to our business philosophy which is based on the constant concern for the quality of our products, which is reflected in the high level of satisfaction among our clients.
